Steak
- Be sure to hammer the beef steak(1 inch) piece well before marinating
- Marinade: 30 ml mirin, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/3 tbsp vegetable oil, salt for both sides of meat.
- After preparing marinade, put meat inside the mixture and keep in refrigerator for 5 hrs
- Make sure oven grill is 220 C. Grill steak 3 to 4 mins each side.
Mash&Peas
- Boil 2 potatoes and peel them
- Mash them in a bowl, add 30g butter and add some milk and salt until they are blended and soft enough
- Boil peas and serve
