Ergun's Omelete

Ingredients(serve 1):
-2 eggs
-2 tomatoes
-1/2 fresh pepper
-4 tbsp milk
-Some salt
-1 tbsp olive oil

Preparation:
-Crack 2 eggs into a bowl and blend them well with milk
-Cut tomatoes and peppers into small cubes
-Heat the olive oil on a non-sticking pan
-Fry peppers for 5 mins, add tomatoes and cook for 5 more mins. (Salt can be added depending on your choice)
-Put tomatoes and peppers aside
-Add milk-egg mixture to pan and wait until it becomes as hard as a pancake
-Add tomatoes and peppers on top and fold the egg on sides

Sweet Chili Chicken

Ingredients(serves two):
-One chicken breast
-200 gram mushrooms
-Half mid-size onion
-Sweet chili periperi sauce
-1/2 tbsp salt
-3 tbsp olive oil

Preparation:
-Cut chicken breast into cubes and marinate them in enough sweet chili periperi sauce
-cut mushrooms and onion into cubes
-heat olive oil on frying pan and add vegetables cubes in until soft
-add chicken in and stir fry for 10-15 mins
-serve with rice

Chilli Cous Cous

Ingredients(serves 4):
-1 mid size potato
-2 onions
-2 tomatoes
-2 tbsp tomato paste
-3 hot chilli peppers
-200g cous cous
-4 tbsp olive oil
-1 tbsp salt
-1 piece of garlic
-some black pepper

Preparation:

-Cut the potato into 8 pieces, boil them until soft and keep them aside
-Cut all other vegetables into little pieces
-Heat the oil in a saucepan and add tomato paste in
-When tomato paste starts to ease, add onions, chilli peppers, garlic and stirfry for 1 minute
-Then add tomatoes, potatoes, salt and black pepper in
-Stir fry for 2 minutes and add 3/4 glasses of cous cous as well as 2 cups of water
-Wait until water evaporates and serve

Suggestion: better with yogurt^^

Potato Yogurt Pastry

Ingredients(serves 6):

-4 mid sized potatoes
-3 eggs
-3/4 cup of sunflower oil
-1 cup of yogurt
-1 cup of flour
-1 pack of baking powder
-1/2 tbsp of salt
-1 peperonni
-1 cup of cheddar cheese

Preparation:

-Cut uncooked and peeled potatoes into cubes
-Into a bowl, crack eggs and add yogurt and olive oil, while mixing, add salt, flour, baking powder
-Add potatoes into mixture and stir them well
-Cut pepperonni sausages into cubes
-Pour half of the mixture onto an oiled baking tray
-On top of that add pepperonni sausages and grated cheddar on top
-Add rest of the potato mixture on tray
-Bake it at 180C until surface gets golden-brown

Turkish Steamed Spinach

Ingredients(serves 2):

-400g spinach

-1/4 cup rice

-100g tomato paste

-300g natural yogurt

-salt & b. pepper

-2tbsp olive oil

Preparation:

-Put oil in saucepan, add rinsed rice and heat for 1 min

-Put washed spinach on top of that and add tomato paste

-Add salt and mix them well, put the lid on and wait until tomato paste is not very fluid

-Serve it with cold yogurt and black pepper on top

Brussels Prawn Pasta

Ingredients(serves 2):

-250 gr prawn

-300gr brussels sprouts

-enough pasta

-soy sauce

-salt

-garlic

-sunflower oil

-wan shou yi multi-flavour seasoning(optional)

Preparation:

-Boil sprouts until they are soft

-Heat the oil in a pan and start frying garlic for 30 secs

-Add chopped sprouts and prawn onto the pan

-Add half a spoon salt and 2tbsp soy sauce as well as seasoning

-Mix them well until prawns soak soy sauce and they are red-brown

-Boil the pasta for 12 mins and serve fried mixture on pasta

Fried Noodles with Long Beans

Ingredients (serves 2):

-250g Egg noodles

-100g Long green beans

-2 pieces of Garlic

-3tbsp Oyster sauce

-2tbsp Soy sauce

-Salt

-2tbsp Veg oil


Preparation:

-Boil the long beans until they are soft and keep them aside

-Mix 3 tbsp oyster and 2 tbsp soy sauce together.

-Put vegetable oil on a frying pan then fry garlic and add mixture sauce

-Stir fry them and put in boiled egg noodles

-Stir fry them for couple of minutes again

-Add 3/4 cup of hot water

-Put lid on and cook until all water is gone

-At last add salt and serve

Beef Steak with Mash and Peas (serves 2)

Steak



  • Be sure to hammer the beef steak(1 inch) piece well before marinating


  • Marinade: 30 ml mirin, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/3 tbsp vegetable oil, salt for both sides of meat.


  • After preparing marinade, put meat inside the mixture and keep in refrigerator for 5 hrs


  • Make sure oven grill is 220 C. Grill steak 3 to 4 mins each side.


Mash&Peas




  • Boil 2 potatoes and peel them


  • Mash them in a bowl, add 30g butter and add some milk and salt until they are blended and soft enough


  • Boil peas and serve
